Terms and Conditions for Enrollment
By enrolling in The MathSci Gurus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment and FeesEnrollment is confirmed only upon submission of the completed enrollment form and payment of the required fees.Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.
2. Class AttendanceStudents are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually.In case of absence, students/parents must inform the Institute in advance. Make-up classes are not guaranteed and will be arranged only at the discretion of the tutor and subject to availability.Repeated or prolonged absenteeism without valid reasons may result in cancellation of enrollment.
3. Conduct and DisciplineStudents are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards tutors, staff, and fellow students.Any form of misconduct, including cheating, disruption of class, or damage to property, may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.The Institute reserves the right to take appropriate action in disciplinary matters.
4. Study Materials and HomeworkStudy materials provided by the Institute are for the enrolled student’s use only and may not be copied or distributed.Regular homework must be completed and submitted as per instructions. Lack of effort may impact progress and continuation in the program.
5. Parent/Guardian ResponsibilitiesParents/guardians must ensure timely payment of fees and encourage regular attendance and completion of assignments.Communication regarding the student’s progress or issues will be sent periodically. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend scheduled meetings when required.
6. Class Changes and HolidaysThe Institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, tutor unavailability, or public holidays). Alternate arrangements will be made when possible.Students will be informed in advance of any changes to the class schedule.
7. LiabilityThe Institute is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred on or off the premises during class hours.Parents/guardians are responsible for the safe pickup and drop-off of their children.
8. Termination of EnrollmentThe Institute reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment due to non-compliance with these terms, non-payment of fees, or behavior issues.
9. AmendmentsThese terms and conditions are subject to change. Updated terms will be communicated to students/parents as necessary.
